Hi, I’m Jennie! Owner/ Artist/ Designer here at OxCoCo
I love making art and I’ve been doing it for as long as I can remember. From exploring the button jars, jewelry boxes, and colorful closets of my Nonna as a kid, to later being trained in fine art, I always knew my career would be something creative. After a BFA in Fashion Design and working for 7 hectic years as a clothing designer in NYC, I left the industry to focus on more personal design projects.
I fell in love with the process of combining my artwork with every day products - creating patterns for fabric & wallpaper, personalizing stationery for wedding & events, and adding a pop of whimsy to just about anything I can get my hands on… which is how Oxford Comma Co. was born!
I truly believe everything in our lives can - AND SHOULD - be designed beautifully!
Now, I get hired by individual clients & brands to create original watercolor artwork to add personality to their projects. I also sell my quirky paintings as prints, greeting cards, and originals in my Etsy shop. And you might even see me in local markets around Brooklyn! Using both my artistic skills and my design expertise, I pride myself in helping creative projects come to life - and having fun along the way!
