How do i inquire about custom art?

It’s best to send me an e-mail with the idea you had in mind! Since every project scope is different, this is the best way for us to brainstorm & see if we are a good fit. Then we can schedule a call to discuss details, timeline, price quote, and any other questions you may have!

How long does custom art take?

This very much depends on the project scope - I can be pretty fast if my schedule & process allows! But for bigger projects I suggest at least 1 month turn around time to be safe & to avoid a rush fee.

What about custom wedding stationery?

I can create an entire wedding suite - from save the dates, to invitations, to coordinating decor and thank you notes for your big day! Inquire as early as possible to lock in a spot on my calendar for this scale of design project. I suggest getting to work 1-2 months before you would like to send your stationery out so we have plenty of time to go over all the details. I have worked with a lot of couples & will use my experience to make this process as stress-free as possible for you!

Do you do calligraphy?

No - this is just not my expertise. But I am happy to collaborate with one of my very talented friends to achieve the look you are going for!

How is your stationery printed?

Since my focus is largely on creating the art, I print most wedding suites and personal stationery digitally with some trusted online vendors like Moo. If you are interested in specialty papers, letterpress, or other styles of stationery, I am happy to connect you to a friend-or who is an expert in those styles!

do you make artwork for logos?

Yes! If you see something you like in my previous work, I am happy to create artwork for you in that style. Think watercolor icons, whimsical illustrations, or botanical touches- that’s what I do best!

Do you sell your original art?

I do! In my personal art practice, I love experimenting with different mediums from watercolor to collage to embroidery. Any time these experiments don’t end in disaster, I will list them on my Etsy shop. If there is past work you love that’s no longer available, just shoot me a message I’m happy to create something just for you!

Do you do pet portraits

With the exception of digital portraits for save the dates- not anymore! I love your pets as much as you do, and am happy to recommend some other artists who specialize in this kind of portrait.

Where can i buy oxcoco products?

Right now, just Etsy or Instagram! But as I start to attend local maker markets or expand into wholesale, I’ll be sure to keep you posted.

I want to try watercolor, how do i start?

I cannot encourage folks enough to incorporate some art into their lives! I teach beginner classes - along with a slew of great crafters - in virtual and public classes at CraftJam. Interested in a private class? I’d love to cater a lesson just to you! Just e-mail me to inquire.

Do you do in-person events?

Yes! I can embroider by hand on clothing in your store, paint favors on the spot at your next party, or host a craft class in your backyard - just e-mail me your idea to get started.
